II. Process flow description

plastic particle cleaning wastewater is collected by the collection pipe, flows into the grid channel by itself, removes large suspended solids in the water through the fine grid, and then flows into the regulating pool by itself to regulate the water volume and homogenize the water quality in the regulating pool; Sewage lifting pump and liquid level controller are set in the regulating tank. When the water level reaches the limit, the water pump will lift the sewage into the air flotation sedimentation integrated machine. In this system, by releasing dissolved steam and water, the suspended solids in the water will float to the surface under the adhesion of tiny bubbles, and the suspended solids will be scraped to the sludge tank by the slag scraping equipment to remove the suspended organic matter; Heavy organic matter will slowly slide down to the bottom of the equipment along the inclined pipe filler and be discharged into the sludge tank through the sludge discharge valve. The supernatant treated by the equipment flows into the buffer pool by itself, and the water volume and homogenization water quality are adjusted in the buffer pool. III. scope of application
