advantages: large inflation volume, adjustable air volume, small wear and low power consumption

disadvantages: no suction and slurry suction capacity, inconvenient configuration, need to add pressure fan and slurry return pump

(3) inflatable flotation machine. The characteristic of this kind of flotation machine is that it has neither mechanical mixer nor transmission mechanism. It uses compressed air sent by external air source to inflate and stir the pulp. It can be divided into two types: simple inflatable and airlift: simple inflatable domestic name: flotation column. Pure inflatable foreign names: callow type (Carlo), WA for commercial and military aircraft, space, industrial 3D printing parts clntosh type (magrentor), etc. Foreign name of airlift type: SW type (shallow slot airlift), ekof (ekov), etc.

(4) gas folding (variable pressure) flotation machine. This kind of flotation machine changes the gas pressure in the pulp to make the gas break out a large number of microbubbles from the pulp and stir the pulp. advantages: large aeration, fast flotation speed, large processing capacity, low energy consumption and small floor area
